THE JACQUES LOUSSIER TRIO PLAYS BACH

The Jacques Loussier Trio Plays Bach

The Jacques Loussier Trio Plays Bach

Jacques Loussier has always taken Bach as the starting point for his jazz and is famed for his interpretation of the music. He skilfully blends modern and classical elements to create a style which, while unmistakably his own, never drowns the subtlety of Bach's original composition.

In this concert, recorded live from the Philharmonie concert hall in Munich during the Klaviersommer, Jacques Loussier plays piano, with Vincent Charbonnier on bass and André Arpino on percussion.
